The Chocolatier électronique Lab machine is equipped with a key
pad and a temperature display panel for those that need to know the temperature of the chocolate pool. Pass the mouse over the image on the right
and you will see the function of each of the keys and symbols.
The keys control the operation of the machine
and allow you to adjust the temperature at which it melts and tempers the
chocolate.
The temperature display panel indicates the actual temperature of the chocolate. A touch on the lower left hand button will indicate briefly the end temperature of the current phase of the programme. |
